My clients describe me as:
A very calm and grounded clinician who provides a space to talk openly without judgement, but also is motivational, inspiring, and educational.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a psycho/somatic approach that combines a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework with somatic experiences, neurobiological education, coaching techniques, mindfulness, and trauma interventions to create a dynamic therapeutic experience.
Together, we will:

I specialize in working with people who:
Are wanting to overcome specific mental, emotional, and relational issues. I specialize in helping people recondition the subconscious mind, overcome hurtful patterns, create a new mindset, and develop essential skills to manage different issues.
I became a therapist because:
Because I've always been a very caring , empathetic, and motivational person who found purpose in helping others through difficulties.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is like a log cabin, with a warm and cozy atmosphere and homey feel. Also, there is a spacious waiting area with water, coffee, and snacks.
