I have a psycho/somatic approach that combines a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework with somatic experiences, neurobiological education, coaching techniques, mindfulness, and trauma interventions to create a dynamic therapeutic experience.

Are wanting to overcome specific mental, emotional, and relational issues. I specialize in helping people recondition the subconscious mind, overcome hurtful patterns, create a new mindset, and develop essential skills to manage different issues.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is like a log cabin, with a warm and cozy atmosphere and homey feel. Also, there is a spacious waiting area with water, coffee, and snacks.

I am trained and certified in different modalities to be as helpful/knowledgeable for my clients. I have also developed and implemented Adventure therapy (AT) curriculums in previous centers, and offer AT to individuals, groups, and facilities.
