I like to keep things real and easy to understand. Whether we’re doing therapy or an assessment, I see it like we’re on a road trip together, you’re driving, and I’m here to help you read the map. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s been confusing, understand how your mind works, and find a plan that actually fits your life.

If you’re doing an assessment, we’ll go step-by-step through interviews and testing so you can finally understand why things feel the way they do,and what to do next.

I also work with families seeking clarity about their child’s learning, attention, or social challenges.

I know how life-changing it can be when someone finally helps you connect the dots. I wanted to offer that same experience—to help people see themselves clearly, with compassion, and have real tools to move forward.

I offer virtual therapy and psychological testing across California. ADHD assessments are $500, Autism $800, or $1,300 for both. I work with adults, teens, and children using a warm, trauma-informed approach. Other affordable evaluations for mood, learning, or anxiety are also available, just ask.
