ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, direct and honest. I get at core issues quickly. I can also look past professional accomplishments and see your internal struggle.
Something to know about my approach is:
I want to work with you to create a space where you can be yourself, build on your strengths, explore your vulnerabilities and grow from your challenges. I tend to work with clients in long-term, insight-oriented psychotherapy.
Together, we will:
understand the influences that have led you to where you are so you can make lasting changes that will impact how you feel about yourself and how you interact with others. We will work together to help you gain insight into problematic patterns.
I specialize in working with people who:
look like they have it all together, but feel like they are falling short somehow, whether at work, with family or in relationships. If you feel like no one understands your pain because they only see someone whose life looks perfect, let's talk.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping people become their authentic, congruent, honest selves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I meet with clients through a secure online video connection so I can provide the convenience and privacy of therapy anywhere you have internet.
More about me and my practice:
I've been a therapist for over 30 years. Much of my career was as an administrator in various agencies. In 2017 I decided to go back to doing the therapy work that I love and I opened my all-telehealth private practice. I've never been happier!
