After the brief consult in which we decide to work together, our first session involves sharing information to help us identify goals for our work together and agreeing on an approach for how to meet those goals. You can choose to provide history/background information about your concerns and/or a specific particular issue you wish to focus on to start.

I have over 30 years' experience helping successful adults address repeating patterns that no longer fit who they are becoming. I offer therapy that balances relational connection with direct feedback. I use psychodynamic therapy to deepen insight and integrate ACT and EMDR to support sustained behavioral and emotional change.
