I work with you to create a space where your story can be heard, your pain can be honored, and new patterns can emerge, gently and at your pace. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I offer therapy grounded in deep respect, curiosity, and compassion, drawing from a humanistic, client-centered foundation.

I became a therapist because my deepest core value is service to others and a belief in the power of relationships as a source of healing.

My areas of specialty include anxiety, C-PTSD, and OCD. I am trained in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address OCD and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
