My Eclectic Therapeutic style is an individualized approach providing counseling services. I carefully create an intentional, individualized treatment plan for each person and /or couple based on their unique needs.

We’ll work together to identify limiting belief systems and behavior patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles. As well as explore behavioral changes geared towards nurturing a better quality of life.
