I am an experienced therapist who specializes in helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, grief and anger. I utilize EMDR therapy, along with parts work, CPT, CBT, PE and TF-CBT to help you work through and create a better life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Denise works with complex PTSD, grief, crisis, suicidal, traumatized, anxious and depressed clients. If you have any of these symptoms, she is willing to take the time to help you become more for yourself. I specialize in EMDR and parts work.

I became a therapist because:

Helping people become more aware of why they feel the way they do today and where it came from is important to me.
