Want to make the most of life, and need help getting beyond fears, frustrations, and loss. Sometimes there is a history of attention problems or trauma that affects the present. I coach those with ADD, and use EMDR for resolving disturbing memories.

My virtual office is in my professional office. I use a HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. You will be able to log on to Zoom in your usual way.
