I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients prefer therapy to be an affirming space to be seen and heard; others wish to go deeply into core issues; still others wish a more goal oriented space. I am happy to accommodate your needs.

Together we will discuss themes around relationships, communication, boundary-setting and identity, and learn tools to deal with anger, depression, anxiety and other concerns. We might also explore how the past relates to the present.

are members of the polyamory, queer, kink, transgender / non-binary, and LGBTQIA+ communities. I also welcome clients from the sex worker, furry, hiv/poz, pagan, goth, geek, communities. Folks who are from none of these groups are also welcome!

I became a therapist because I appreciate being able to hold space for peoples' stories and watch them grow and transform in their journeys.
