I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth concerns, and life transitions, while also providing compassionate support for couples and families seeking deeper connection and healing.

I became a therapist out of a deep desire to give back and help others heal. I have always been someone people felt safe turning to—listening with empathy and without judgment. Having faced my own challenges and experienced the power of therapy, I bring a warm, open-minded, genuine, and direct approach to my work.

I have been in private practice since 2009 and have grown my practice to a team of eight clinicians. We offer services including Certified Play Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness-based therapy. To support accessibility, we provide evening and weekend appointments at two Jacksonville locations.
