I work with teens and adults, focusing on helping adults through transitional periods.

I became a therapist after personally seeing firsthand the weight of systemic stigma on mental health, alongside the profound healing therapy brings. I believe everyone can grow. While connection shapes our deepest negative beliefs, our feelings are informative — not facts. I am deeply passionate about providing ethical, safe, and collaborative care.
