I specialize in working with couples - exhausted, busy, successful, disconnected couples who need to find each other again. We know relationships are "work", but exactly what that means is complicated, and the path forward isn't always clear.

I believe a meaningful, joyful life is if I can add just a bit of positivity into the world each day - I'm grateful my career is my passion!

I have worked with couples and families in a variety of contexts over my career, and heavily invest in my ongoing learning to be as effective a therapist as I possibly can be. I believe in your power to shift, and will walk with you to get there!
