i believe that self-exploration and really leaning into what makes YOUR life most meaningful=win. i want to help you see past the fear and faulty perceptions, move away from actions that don't align, and learn to be your truest, most authentic self.

try and figure it out and make a plan, or learn to accept and live with value and meaning anyway. we get this one human experience and while there are many things that we cannot change, there are still many things that we can.

need a different perspective, are struggling with life transitions/decisions, or just want to navel-gaze and be more self- aware. both short-term, issue-specific collaborations as well as longer-term explorations are always welcome.

listening and seeing the big picture is something i both enjoy and am good at. i am so interested in the human experience and how to make it better.
