Something to know about my approach is that therapy should lead to meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary symptom relief. I use practical, evidence-based approaches to help you better understand anxiety, respond to it differently, and regain the freedom to live the life you want.

Together we will identify what is keeping you stuck, develop practical skills to respond differently to anxiety, and gradually build the confidence and flexibility to move toward the life you want. My goal is to help you create lasting change, not simply manage symptoms.

My clients would describe me as down-to-earth, engaged, honest, and calm under pressure. I give real feedback, don’t just nod and smile, and I’m not afraid to challenge you when it helps you grow. I stay present, ask good questions, and keep things practical and focused.

I specialize in working with people who feel trapped by anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, or chronic stress. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with fear, self-doubt, overthinking, or situations that have begun limiting their freedom.

I became a therapist because I've always been genuinely curious about people and their experiences. My own positive experience with therapy when I was younger showed me how powerful and helpful it can be. I love building meaningful connections and helping people create lasting, meaningful change.

I've been a therapist for about 15 years and co-own Float On Counseling, a group practice my wife and I founded in 2017. Building and leading a practice has given me a practical understanding of the pressures that come with leadership, responsibility, and balancing the demands of work and life.
