My approach is eclectic with a mixture of different modalities. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based practices. I tend to lean into what works for my clients during treatment as my style revolves around their needs.

Explore targeted problem areas to brainstorm and process stressors. These can include traumatic events from the past, various adjustments currently being made, and comparing strategies that have and have not worked. We will address your needs directly and discuss as needed details and relevant info that supports that change.

Empathetic and open-minded. As someone who has been a client myself, I pride myself in practicing from an understanding lens. While I may not 100% have experienced my clients' situations, I can relate to the fear of being vulnerable, discussing uncomfortable topics, and the pain of revisiting sensitive topics.
