want a therapist who isn't afraid to get in the trenches together along with you on your healing journey to work on finding the relief you need from trauma, depression, stress, grief, chronic illness, or anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

Working as a Medic, seeing daily death and pain, I developed PTSD and anxiety. This lead me to my own therapy, then ultimately a desire to help others

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer teletherapy, which provides you the safety of being in your home, and sometimes take clients outside to the healing of nature.
