Are needing to improve healthy communication with their partners to reduce anxiety, stress and loneliness felt at times because you are not feeling heard or appreciated at times. We work on reducing depressive symptoms as well and heal quicker.

I became a therapist because:

I got into this field honestly to save my life from an abusive relationship where I needed self love and to enforce boundaries. I love helping people

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I’m in Lake Mary in a peaceful office with different therapists to support my clients from 9am- 9pm and weekends. A great place with a lake view.

We are a group practice of over ten clinicians, that care, value and respect all our clients. We return calls promptly which is super important to me. I treat my staff and clients with patience and love so people want to work with us.
