I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility, and pregnancy or postpartum concerns. I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), two evidence-based approaches that can help process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and support meaningful, lasting change.

I became a therapist because I genuinely want to see people experience healing, growth, and meaningful change in their lives. I understand how difficult life can be, and how past pain can quietly shape the way we think, feel, and show up in the present. My passion is helping clients move through that pain so they can live life more fully.

I’m a wife and mom who values family and everyday moments. . I enjoy theme park trips, video games, playing the ukulele, and chalk art.
