My approach begins with understanding you, your perspectives and beliefs and what's important to you, what you're doing that works well and what isn't working as well. This helps us to conceptualize the problem as well as the solution, and to figure out how to get from here to there.

Together, we will work to make your life more stable and less chaotic. We start where you are, and at each step, we build up the skills that will help you move forward and heal the wounds that may be blocking your progress. Our goal is a life of freedom from whatever is holding you back.
