Something to know about my approach is that therapy is a collaborative process. I provide a supportive space where we explore what may be contributing to your stress and emotional challenges. Using CBT, mindfulness, compassionate inquiry, and mind-body practices, I help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.

Together we will slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface of stress, anxiety, or emotional pain. We’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support nervous system regulation so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with the life you want to live.

My clients have described me as warm and down to earth. I recently asked a client this question - they shared that I make therapy feel accessible because I am easy to talk to and create an environment that helps them feel that they can openly process their thoughts, feelings, and emotions without feeling misunderstood or judged.

I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, or unresolved emotional pain. Many are managing life responsibilities while struggling internally and want support gaining clarity, building healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful change.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been curious about why we think, feel, and respond to life in the way that we do. Earlier in my life, I experienced what it was like to navigate strong emotions and feel misunderstood, which sparked my desire to help others feel heard, supported, and learn tools to help move through difficult moments.

I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you can explore what’s happening in your life without judgment. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, combining practical strategies with deeper emotional exploration so therapy feels both supportive and meaningful.
