have struggled to overcome various concerns, including depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I am focused on working with individual adults.

I have always been passionate about connecting with people and helping them develop the insight and skills needed to improve their situations.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth/virtual services, which makes creating time to meet with me easier than having to go to an office.
