Our first session is about getting to know you, your story, and what brought you here. I'll ask questions, listen, and help us start connecting the dots. There's no pressure to share everything or have it all figured out. We'll explore what you need, what you're hoping to change, and how we can get there together.

I've always been fascinated by people, relationships, and why we do the things we do. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and connected. Being a therapist allows me to help people make sense of their stories, recognize their strengths, and create lives and relationships that actually feel good to live in.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in understanding the whole person, including the relationships, experiences, and systems that shape their lives.
