I create a customized treatment plan for my clients. I utilize a combination of traditional talk therapy (such as CBT) with alternative medicine practices such as Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, hypnosis, NLP, yoga, and meditation.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults (ages 20-60). I especially enjoy working with women who are interested and committed to healing from their trauma and are willing to do whatever it takes to heal. Note I do not work with severe mental illness or any addictions.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been interested in my own healing and I was fortunate enough to have met a wonderful therapist who later became my colleague and mentor.
