There is no "one size fit all" approach to therapy, so I incorporate various modalities based on the needs of my client, but one thing that is universal is creating an authentic and safe space suitable for personal growth.

I know what it is like to need help processing difficult situations. Once I learned the tools, it became my mission to assist others.

I am a wife, mommy, and Air Force veteran. I have worked in various mental health settings including in-patient, in-home, community-based, and corrections. I believe in empowering my clients, and love helping others achieve their goals.
