Being "stiff" isn't my style. I want you to be comfortable and will support you throughout the process. I love incorporating multimedia in session, and using pop-culture references to help make things "stick". Your success is my goal.

Identify and resolve whatever issue/circumstance you may be experiencing. I have experience working with a wide range of presenting concerns from anger to trauma and most areas found within. Whatever it is, you will not be alone.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing life transitions, overcoming difficult situations, coming from toxic family systems, and are trying to break unhealthy generational patterns. I work with people of all different backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and Military!

I became a therapist because:

I know what it is like to need help processing difficult situations. Once I learned the tools, it became my mission to assist others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am licensed in Colorado, Florida, and Oklahoma, my practice is 100% online, which allows for convenient and flexible scheduling.

I am a wife, mommy, and Air Force veteran. I have worked in various mental health settings incl. in-patient, in-home, community-based, and corrections. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy c/o 2024.
