I’m a wife, mom, Air Force veteran, and therapist who’s seen mental health from a lot of different angles. I’ve worked in inpatient, community-based, and correctional settings, so I bring clinical experience and real-world perspective into the therapy room. I’m here to empower you and provide honest and genuine support as you become your best version.
