are struggling with anxiety or depression getting in the way of their daily life and relationships. I help my clients gain clarity about themselves so they can more effectively communicate, set boundaries, and feel more connected to others.
I became a therapist because:
I noticed mental health issues in my community growing up, which sparked an interest in psychology, and I genuinely enjoy helping others.

it's virtual therapy only, which can make this process more accessible and convenient.
