Something to know about my approach is:

I use Play Therapy techniques and attachment-based theory when working with children. I like providing psychoeducation about attachment styles.

Together, we will:

create a safe, healthy and healing environment to look at behaviors, thoughts and feelings we have and work through where they stem from and how to make progress to overcoming them. I believe we have everything we need inside of us already to heal.

I specialize in working with people who:

are children, teenagers, young adults or couples. I have experience working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, ODD, ADHD, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Self Esteem, and overall life adjustments.

I became a therapist because:

although it shouldn't be, I think it is a rare experience to have a place where you truly feel seen, heard, and understood.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I love using Play Therapy Techniques with children. I believe play is a child's primary form of communication and processing their inner worlds.
