Chelsea Lawrence

I specialize in working with ages 11-35. With teens, we might play games together and talk about how you and your parents can work together. With young adults we'll try to figure out why you feel the way you do and how we can alleviate symptoms.

I also work with adults ages 18-99 doing Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is an eye-movement therapy that has been proven to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma in as little as one session.

Therapy with me will feel like an organic conversation in which I will listen to you and help problem solve and get you to a place of calm.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help guide others through their difficult times and help others feel less alone.

I was a Division 1 volleyball player in college and I'm a second-generation American, with parents from Central America and the Caribbean. I love working with people of all races and socioeconomic status.
