Something to know about my approach is:

I help people who have spent their lives feeling othered because the world has taught us that we're not worthy if we're different. Together we'll process distressing events so we can live well in a society that wasnt made for us.

I work with you to create the skills needed to move past survival into thriving. We will unpack the harmful messages and events in our lives that hold a grip in our core, but no longer serve us and learn how to build an affirming life that you want.

I specialize in working with people who:

are wanting a neurodiversity-affirming therapist working from an intersectional approach. I work with many neuroqueer and chronically ill folks who are learning to live authentically despite the external and internal restraints working against us.

I became a therapist because:

Mental health can impact almost every aspect but is rarely taught in the healthy ways needed. I don't want folks to suffer longer than they have to

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work with neurodivergent folks who are learning, sometimes for the first time, what that means and how that impacts them. We explore it together.

I am a myriad of identities, including being queer and neurodivergent, who has spent years learning, teaching, and healing with our community. I firmly believe as humans we can never be broken, but we can be in pain, and we do need help. Let me help.
