I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a place where they can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. I value helping clients make sense of what they are carrying, learn new tools, and begin feeling more steady and confident.

My practice is fully online for adults in Florida, including Jacksonville and St. Augustine. I offer secure telehealth sessions for anxiety, ADHD, addiction recovery, life stress, and emotional overwhelm. I accept several insurance plans and offer a free consultation call.
