You are doing your best. I see you, and I see how hard you’re trying. My work is person-centered and grounded in empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in a collaborative approach that supports you in working toward your goals. There are no “supposed tos” in this process, only what feels right and meaningful for you.

Together, we will make sense of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. We’ll work on putting words to your experiences, building insight into the patterns where you feel stuck, and exploring ways to break free from them. Your story makes sense, and so do you.

My clients describe me as calm, compassionate, and reflective. They often note how safe the space feels and appreciate being gently encouraged to make room for their emotions. I also enjoy challenging clients when it’s helpful, supporting them in exploring new ways of approaching their concerns.

I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, burned out, or shaped by past experiences that still show up day to day. Many of my clients are navigating new environments or life transitions while wanting to feel more grounded and connected to themselves.

I became a therapist because I’ve learned that life can be hard much of the time. Healing connections help us face its challenges, especially when we don’t always feel supported by the world around us. Everyone deserves support and a place to feel seen.
