A therapist who really cares, motivates and pushes my clients towards their goals.
I am far from just a head-nodding clinician. I work alongside you to help you move forward and make the changes you want to make. I typically work with clients for six months to a year; some may want much less.
Minimize your anxiety, calm your nervous system, strengthen your boundaries, improve your relationship with yourself and others, increase confidence and move you towards the growth you desire.
Struggle with trauma symptoms such as hypervigilance, relationship conflict, insomnia, avoidance of trauma reminders, flashbacks, anxiety and depression. As well as working with neurodivergent ADHD teens and adults.
I wanted to help people heal their minds to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our sessions are in a very warm and cozy office with a soft blanket, a comfy couch and laid back discussion about how to help you.
I am happy to help you treat the symptoms of anxiety and depression, but I find it beneficial to help you get to the root of those symptoms so we can teach your body how to heal itself.
