I use a bottom up approach to calm the nervous system, rewire for calm, push you and help you change your negative thoughts effectively.

I wanted to help people heal their minds to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. As well as guide individuals out of harmful relationships.

I am happy to help you treat the symptoms of anxiety and depression, but I find it beneficial to help you get to the root of those symptoms so we can teach your body how to heal itself. I utilize EMDR, Attachment Work, Inner Child and Neurofeedback to improve self-regulation without medication.
