I create space to process the real weight you carry, from navigating major life changes like losing someone important to you, break ups, relocation, or career changes. I also hold space to explore tough subjects like racism, while also challenging your self doubt and helping you reconnect with your strength.

I created a space where that weight can be processed honestly, especially for those whose experiences are often minimized. I help people challenge self doubt, reclaim their voice, and build a life that feels aligned and intentional.

I bring an intersectional, culturally aware lens shaped by my Trinidadian and Haitian heritage. My work centers creating a safe space to process identity and change, while helping you build self trust, resilience, and a clear, grounded path forward.
