I've worked with adolescents/adults facing challenges such as trauma, addiction, family conflict, life transitions, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties, but I don't like a one-size-fits all approach. I love working with the outsiders, the lost, the angry, and the misunderstood. I want you to feel accepted, not just tolerated and talked to, not at.

My role is to offer empathy, authenticity, and guidance while helping you identify and shift unhelpful patterns. Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, I aim to create a safe, empowering space where you feel heard and supported. Genuine, understanding, non-judgmental, goofy, and encouraging. I strive to be empathetic but not enabling. The goal of therapy is to change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, not just vent. Our dynamic is similar to that of an athlete and coach - giving feedback on what I observe and what new approaches could be tried

Don't want to feel shamed, talked down to, or judged in sessions. I do my best to work through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens - understanding that my experiences are not reflective of everyone else's, recognizing that we all come with biases to unpack, and not reducing people to categories and stereotypes

I don't think everyone needs therapy, but i believe everyone could benefit from having an objective person to talk to, bounce ideas off of, get feedback from, and walk through difficult situations with. Venting to loved ones is great, but my job is to not make it about me, to not push my beliefs on you, and to give constructive feedback to help you grow/heal

I offer therapy to people who want the technical knowledge and guidance of someone with a lot of experience in the field as well as the accessibility and affordability of a virtual platform. I believe therapy shouldn't be a luxury only afforded to a privileged few but a source of support to everyone struggling and/or needing some help
