My main approach is "Trauma-Focus" and I've been working for many years with people that have been victims of different types of traumatic events. I also love to use "Mindfulness" during the therapy sessions.

I've been working with people that experienced trauma. I've been focusing on identifying symptoms and helping them to deal with trauma related issues, while learning and practicing healthy and adaptive coping skills.

Working in a shelter for 5 years as a Case Manager and having the vocation to help them more to deal with trauma and mental health issues.
