Many of the people I work with are going through changes at home or school and need help making sense of what they’re feeling and finding steadier ground.

As an after-school teacher, I saw that the kids who struggled the most were feeling misunderstood. Many were dealing with anxiety, low confidence, or big family life changes. I wanted to be a safe, steady support for kids, teens, and young adults — and a place parents can turn when things feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to manage alone.
