My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and other approaches depending on the needs of the client.

I work with my clients on acknowledging their wants and needs. From there we prioritize goals and begin to develop a plan to achieve said goals.

I create an open welcoming environment. I strive to meet my clients where they are at.

I typically work with clients between the ages of 5-65. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions with a large amount of experience with depression and anxiety.
