warm, welcoming, non-judgmental, and flexible. I aim to create a supportive, affirming space for you to explore and embrace your full authentic self.
I believe that you are the expert of your own experiences. I believe that we are all doing the best we can with the resources we have, and also that by unpacking our difficult thoughts and emotions, we can build greater resiliency and self-love.
create a therapeutic relationship that enables you to gently and safely start to untangle the trauma you have experienced, rebuild your sense of self-worth and safety, and co-create new strategies that work for you and align with your values.
have experienced trauma; those who are queer, questioning, trans, or gender-expansive; and those who struggle with anxiety, boundaries, and people-pleasing. I'm particularly experienced in working to help people rebuild after relationship abuse.
I offer therapy at a group practice called Grounded Wellbeing, which centers healing experiences for queer, trans and gender expansive people.
My work is gender-affirming, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed. I like to get creative and incorporate your interests, and I believe therapy works best in community. I'm laid-back and will bring my full self--I invite you to do the same!
