I believe that sometimes, what we really need isn’t fixing, it’s to be seen, heard, and held with compassion. Counseling with me is collaborative, grounded, and real. My style is warm and grounded in curiosity. I tailor counseling using evidence-based approaches — always with your unique story and strengths at the center.
