If you live with chronic illness or care for someone who does, your days likely look different than most. You’re juggling things that often go unseen, and it can feel exhausting, isolating, and hard to explain. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to justify why this is difficult.

We'll talk about the real, daily impact of health challenges—cancelled plans, guilt for needing rest, frustration with medical systems, grief or resentment that catches you off guard, and wondering how long you can keep going this way. I offer a space where you can work through the hard things, laugh or cry, and be seen for who you truly are- judgment free.

Clients describe me as present and attentive, someone who remembers even the small things they share. They often say I’m a good listener- curious, open-minded, and able to bring a warm, playful energy into our work. Sessions are meant to feel steady, grounded, and human. This is not a place where you have to perform, push through, or have it all figured out.
