My clients describe me as:
Personal and attentive.
Something to know about my approach is:
My primary therapeutic approach is person-centered, and I enjoy helping adolescents and adults live happier, healthier lives by improving their mental health and education. In my experience, I have worked with those who suffer from or have concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, communication, critical thinking, and other behavioral issues. My approach combines solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and experiential therapy, to name a few.
Together, we will:
Improve the day-to-day functionality of your life.
More about me and my practice:
I am licensed in Georgia as a licensed (clinical) professional counselor, and I have been in practice since 2014, when I graduated from Argosy University, Atlanta, with a Masters in Community Counseling. I have worked in residential treatment centers, for an outpatient mental health clinic, in private practice, and with military families in school settings. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy playing basketball. I also enjoy crafting, spending time with my family and dog, and traveling to new places.
