I work with various forms of trauma, including complex, childhood, relationship, military, immigration, and grief-related trauma. Together, we’ll explore what you’ve experienced, build emotional safety, and work toward meaningful change.

We’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, process difficult emotions and trauma, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you want.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to. I’m often told that I create a space where clients feel safe being honest, while also gently challenging them to grow, reflect, and see themselves and their experiences from a new perspective.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and are ready to understand how it impacts their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I work with clients navigating complex, childhood, relationship, military, immigration, and grief-related trauma who want to heal, feel more grounded, and move forward.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can be fully seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of difficult experiences, heal from trauma, and recognize that their past does not have to determine their future.
