My passion is working with people who have chronic pain or illness to reclaim their sense of control and power over their life that medical issues may have taken away. Anxiety, Stress, Depression, & Anger are all common and we can work on that too.

have chronic pain or chronic illness and are tired of feeling sick and tired of all of the stress and frustration that can come along with managing a chronic medical condition and balancing it with the rest of your life.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up with chronic pain/illness (both in myself a & family); I saw first hand how hard it can be- I wanted to help people through that experience
