My approach to therapy is relational, emotion-focused, and deeply collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, both in your relationships and in the therapeutic relationship itself. I don’t sit back silently or simply reflect what you say; I’m engaged, present, and actively working alongside you.

Together we will slow things down, explore emotions and patterns, and understand what’s driving disconnection or distress. We’ll work in real time to shift unhelpful cycles, strengthen communication, and build emotional safety, using both insight and practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

My clients describe me as warm, present, and deeply engaged. They often say they feel truly seen and supported, while also gently challenged to grow and make meaningful changes. I show up as my authentic self—therapy is relational, not transactional.

I specialize in working with people navigating the perinatal period, life transitions, personal growth, or emotional challenges—including those related to pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I support clients in understanding and managing the complex emotions, identity shifts, and relationship changes that can arise during these times.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply drawn to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. My own experiences with life transitions, parenthood, and postpartum challenges showed me the power of compassionate, relational support—and inspired me to guide others through growth, change, and healing.

I provide telehealth services through I AM MOORE LLLC, a private practice based in Columbus, Georgia.
