My approach to therapy is always a person-centered approach. I help clients to discover within themselves their hidden strengths to overcome their obstacles. I used Solution Focused therapy, the Bible if clients are open to it, CBT, and EMDR.

Start by building trust between us and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we'll work together to set goals and track your progress.
