I’m experienced in motivational interviewing, teaching coping skills, and trauma processing. I have worked extensively with people who have co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges.

find every way to get you closer to recovery. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach in conjunction with acceptance and commitment therapy, but I’m flexible, depending on your needs
