I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, humanistic, and trauma-informed therapy to help you understand patterns, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. Many of my clients feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from the life they want. I help them build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change daily.

I became a therapist because I have always been fascinated by how people heal, grow, and make sense of difficult experiences. My background in neuroscience and neuropsychology deepened that interest, but the most meaningful part of this work is helping people feel understood, discover their strengths, and create real change in their lives with greater hope.

My practice offers a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change. I provide individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence.
