I work with teens and adults who want to feel more confident in who they are, understand what’s holding them back, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to you. Together, we can explore attachment, past experiences, and patterns in your relationships while building healthier ways of coping and connecting. We’ll work toward greater confidence, healthier boundaries, and stronger relationships.

I believe our mental health impacts every area of our lives our relationships, confidence, choices, and ability to experience joy. It is an honor to help people recognize their resilience, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change.
