Are exploring the reasons they think, feel and act the way that they do, and who may want to challenge the underlying social norms or expectations creating pressure in their lives. Who want to create authenticity and JOY in their honest selves.

My own experiences with remarkable therapists were transformative for me and helped me move towards more authentic expression of many of my identities

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Flexibility - my in-person space is welcoming & a community hub. But all our services are also available virtually - just the internet needed!
