Hi, I’m Megan! I work with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and struggling with big life changes. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and sometimes sprinkled with a little humor to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable. I specialize in relationships, anxiety, military struggles, and family and parenting stressors.

Together, we’ll navigate the parts that feel stuck, hypercritical, depressed, and anxious. I’ll help guide you through learning valuable skills for healing these parts, managing overwhelming emotions, and dealing with stress. We will meet virtually in the comfort of your own space to navigate the sticky and begin building a more fulfilling and joyful life.
