I allow clients to guide the session by identifying their desired outcomes for therapy. I work with the client to create these goals and ensure we are working towards them.
We will work on processing life transition, daily stressors, past traumas as needed. We will work together towards your identified goals. We will identify the coping skills and tools that work best for you to manage any concerns you may have.
